The Sustainable Solution
A Workable Project Which Generates Income to Fund Schools
We recognize that to continue this vital work, we need a Sustainable Funding Strategy which generates income that would go towards funding the work of the schools.
I would like to develop a broiler project which will generate income by selling broilers to local restaurants, hotels and supermarkets. Market conditions are such that the demand for chicken has been described as high and “in-exhaustible for the fore-seeable future”, giving us full confidence in the availability of ongoing market for chicken. The profit generated will serve to fund Children's Education and Food Program and to sustain the longevity of project. The aim is to make the project self-sufficient, so that, we will Not need to ask for monthly donations to continue our work.

A Model of The Chicken Housing We Will Be Construction

Here is a Breakdown of How We Will Use The Funds
Sustainable & Self-Suffiency
We Will Break This Down into The Two Main Aspects of The Project. The money will be used to cover the costs relating to Fixed Assets and Production Operations.
Fixed Assets Expenditure:- The cost of setting up structures and vital systems. This is a One-Time Cost, and it involves the construction the broilers housing, feeding System, water system, heating system, electrical lighting system, related logistics and transportation.
Production & Operational Expenditure:- The cost of producing each batch of broilers. This is a Recurring Cost, which involves the purchase of baby chickens, starter feed, growers feed, finishers feed, wages for labour, veterinary services, vaccinations, water used, lighting energy used, heating energy used, related logistics and transportation.
Our Sustainability Strategy
How we will ensure the project sustains itself, keep operational and generating income as intended.
After selling the produce of each batch, We Will First Re-allocate the Full Amount of Funds Needed to fully cover to cost of producing the next batch of broilers.
We Will Only Use Money From The Profit for helping the children and fund the programs of the schools.
By managing the funds this way, we ensures that there will be No Need to look for donors to get funds to continue the project.
These Practices Align With My Mission & Philosophy of helping local charitable organizations become
self-sufficient by adopting or implementing sustainable strategies, through developing projects which generate income continuously and reliably.
